VINIFICATION METHOD:
Cool pressed and classical red vinification within 8-10 days with repeated crushing out.

AGING:
6 months in small oak barrels.

CHARACTERISTICS:
Deep ruby color with purple glows. Bouquet of cherries and plums, balanced acidity and fruity after-taste.

GOES WELL WITH:
Starters, cheese pie, pasta with tomato sauce, lamb and beef dishes. Served at 14-16°C.
