Winemaking: Pre-fermentation maceration (cold soak) for 5 days and then red classic winemaking method, with a 12 days skin contact in 25-28o C.
Characteristics: A wine with a deep ruby red color and a soft mature bouquet with hints of red berries, nuts, and vanilla. It is full-bodied, well balanced, with soft tannins and a velvety aftertaste on the palate.
Food pairing: pork with red sauce, roast goat meat, cold cuts
