Vineyard: the Estate’s vineyards are organically grown and are located In Arnea and Marathousa, Chalkidiki – 350m and 650m altitude.
Age of vines: 10 years
Vinification: Grapes are pre-fermented and cryo-extracted in special oval tanks for 24 hours at 100c. Further on, the entire grape pulp undergoes careful pressing in a vacuum press and a strict static sedimentation under refrigeration. Afterward, a controlled alcoholic fermentation takes place at low temperatures (140c). Followed by ageing on the wine lees for at least 2 months (sur lies) and sediments (battonnage).
Alcohol level: 13,5%
Description: Golden-yellow color. Intense aromatic character of white-fleshed and tropical fruits with wildflower notes. Delicate mouth-feel with a pleasant acidity, peppery aftertaste and a unique flowery palate. A wine with “feminine” finesse.
