Winemaking: Pre-fermentation maceration (cold soak) for 7 hours and then white classic winemaking method, with controlled fermentation temperature in inox tanks.
Characteristics: An exceptional white wine characterized by light yellow color and aromas dominated by yellow fruits and lemon flowers. The wine is bone-dry, with distinctive character, considerable structure, and minerality and crisp acidity. It is pleasant to drink young and could be enjoyed with seafood, or even light meats in lemon sauce.
Food pairing: White soft cheeses and pasta with pesto. Fish and shellfish dishes
