Red dry wine
The Avgoustiatis is made of grapes of the homonymous local variety. It has bright purple color, aromas of
red fruits with fragrant overtones of cocoa, ripe walnut and sour cherry in the aftertaste and goes well with
roasted red and white meat, casseroles, poultry, etc. The annual production is around 2,000 bottles and its
aging potential is 4-6 years.

Method of production: Classic red vinification using selected yeasts and temperature control
