PRODUCED AND BOTTLED BY THE MONKS OF THE HOLY CELL OF SAINT EFSTATHIOS.

Made from grapes of the Merlot, Limnio and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties.

Characterised by its deep velvety red color and its soft, gentle bouquet, in which can be recognized forest fruits (mature cherry and blackberry).

Its taste has a good tannin base, excellently incorporated into the wine, which gives body and breadth.

Its overall taste is rich and mature. Aged in oak barrels for 12 months.
