Altitude: 380m. from sea level
Winemaking: Pre-fermentation maceration (cold soak) for 10 hours and then white classic winemaking method, with controlled fermentation temperature in inox tanks.
Characteristics: This excellent white wine is characterized by bright yellow color with greenish shades and a very fruity nose, dominated by aromas of quince, pear, and bergamot. It is a well – balanced wine, with refreshing acidity and a long aftertaste with hints of citrus fruits.
Food pairing: fresh salads, poultry, sea food and split peas
Serving Temperature: 70 – 90 C
