Vinification/maturation: The grapes are refrigerated till 5OC for 8 hours. Short pre-fermentation cool maceration and battonage at the end of the fermentation.

Total acidity: 5,5g/l
pH: 3,30
Tasting notes: Pale yellow-gold color with a bunch of exotic fragrances and sweet tropical fruits like mango, banana, and pineapple. Round body with the aromas of the mouth follows these of the nose.
Pair it with: Fish, oyster, mollusk, white meat, salads, pasta and roasted vegetables.
