Winemaking: Pre-fermentation maceration (cold soak) for 5 hours and then white classic winemaking method, with controlled fermentation temperature in inox tanks.
Characteristics: A wine with yellow-green color, freshness and intense acidity as its main characteristics. It’s fruity, with aromas of rose, citrus fruits, and lemon flowers. It has a light body in the mouth, in order to bring forth the exquisite fruity aromas and taste of Moschofilero grape variety.
Food pairing: vegetable salads, Asian cuisine, white soft cheeses, pasta with green sauce and shellfish
