Winemaking: Red classic winemaking method, with a 10-15 days skin contact in 25-28o C. Aging for six months in French oak barriques.
Characteristics: An excellent Nemea wine with a very competitive price. It has a deep ruby red color and a soft mature bouquet characterized by hints of red cherry, strawberry, and vanilla. It is full-bodied, well balanced, with soft tannins and a velvety aftertaste on the palate.
Food pairing: Pitsa, spaghetti with minced meat, vegetables, cooked pork in the pot.
Serving Temperature: 160 – 170 C
