Cold soak skin contact and classic red vinification for 12-15 days.
10 months in small oak barrels.
Deep red color with aromas of spices, forest fruits, and vanilla. Rich palate with soft tannins and rich aftertaste. Can be aged for 5 years.

Red meat dishes, such as beef with rich sauces, game, and spicy yellow cheeses.
Enjoy it at 14-16°C.
