Vinification: Produced by the classic method of white vinification with temperatures of fermentation around 15 – 17ο C. Complete the fermentation in French oak barrels (300lt) and matured another 6 – 8 months in the same barrels

Organoleptic characteristics: A wine with rustic character and yellow gold colour that testified his aging in the oak barrels. The aromas of smoke and lands of fruit with the sweet bouquets of jam and caramel compose a very particular character that follows after in the mouth.

Alcohol: 13,0 – 14,5% vol

Sugar Levels: 1,8 – 2,5gr/l

Total acidity: 4,8 – 5,3gr/l

It perfectly accompanies: Fish, risotto and light curry dishes or Chinese
