Every package contains: one (1) pie with spinach and Greek Cream-cheese (anthotiro) with traditional homemade phyllo of whole grain (rye) flour.
Twelve (12) pieces in every tray with Spinach, Greek Cream-cheese (anthotiro), vegetables, herbs and crispy traditional whole grain (rye) phyllo.

Baking Instructions
- Preheat the oven at 180-200°C (356-392°F)
- No defrosting is needed
- Straight from your freezer put the pie with its tray mid-height in your oven.
- Bake at 180oC with air without grill for about 45-50 minutes.
- Alternatively you can also bake at 180°C (356°F) without air with the indication of the oven up & down for about 60 minutes.

- It is preferable not to open the oven for the first 10 minutes of the baking

Ingredients
Pastry 70%: Wheat flour, Whole grain rye flour, water, margarine, sunflower oil, salt, sugar. Filling (30%): Anthotiro (Cream-Cheese) (47%),Water, wheat semolina, yogurt, egg, salt.
The product contains ingredients of wheat (gluten), milkproteins, egg and is produced in areas that also handle sesame.
